Right, so camera controls.
There are only a few things i don't actually like about Guild Wars, and one of them surely is camera control. And actually, instead of making a suggestion of what to do, i'd like to say what NOT to do.
First of all, it'd be great to havesome kind of control of what the camera is actually doing. This is mainly the case when i'm attacking something, and the camera is following the target, usually from some weird angle, which makes me nauseous more than helps. An option to keep the camera "in-place" would be great.
Other thing about the camera behaviour is linked to other object "in the field". When i'm running through, say, Watchtower Coast and a tree blocks my view, it turns transparent. In Nightfall on the other hand, in that area aound the vortex (forgot the name), every time i run around the camera "bounces" in and out, because my character goes behind some rock or other thing relative to the camera, and it snaps closer to me. Why not make it transparent like in Tyria?
And finally, camera "hitting" something. This is by far the worst thing about the GW1 camera. Let's say i'm standing next to a slope or some such, and the camera is positioned close to the ground in such a way that i have the slope in my view, bu i can't see the enemies. So naturally, i swing it around 180 degrees, and it "hits" the slope and goes up. So now i have a satallite view of my character and the slope, but i still can't see my enemies(most of the time). And when i try to bring it down, the "slope-collision-detection-thingie" kicks in and snaps the camera so close to me i can see ma back filling the screen, which makes it impossible to do anything.
So all in all, some better camera controls and behaviour would be great. Also,
