Please consider updating this pack so that when you choose to create a Hero version of your character, it includes the current skill set your character has, and "customized" versions of all the equipment, including the runes they have equipped, for that hero. This would avoid people being able to resell these items and destroy the economy, but also allow the Mercenary pack to be worth buying. I think this would work well because the Mercenary is supposed to be one of your alternate characters, so if the issue arises, "Well what if I want to change skills on the Mercenary for this mission?" Then my answer to that would be, just use another Hero or update your Mercenary at the Registrar before the mission. I've talked to a number of people in-game over local chat, who were under the impression that this is how the system initially worked, and after telling them that, no it basically just creates hollow images of your characters, for which you still have to re-equip and customize, they've said "thank you, now I definitely won't be buying it."
The Mercenary Heroes was a great idea, but as of now in my opinion it's not worth 45 bucks just to obtain a bunch of hollow shells of your characters you've already worked hard on creating.
