Minipets have been made a large part of the HOM title. In my opinion they were initially designed as a reward for owning the game over a certain period of time ( 1st, 2nd 3rd year ect.) Every other title in the HOM can be achieved by playing the game.I understand that they have Nicholas,Celestial events and The War In Kryta as additional ways to gather a few new pets, but really its not a great enough selection to effectively max your HOM by playing the game. Basically the fastest way to then get that title maxed is to trade for the items. I bought the game to play. I find spending hours in a town trading boring, exhausting and depressing. After close to 4 years of playing I am still finding fun and rewarding things to do and learn. So my suggestion is to add minipets to chests as a drop ( zunlai), as a end game reward ( trade a key, book ect for a mini) or even the bonus pack npcs can offer them as a reward.
