Searing Flames is pretty good when used alone, but when you have 6 SF eles on a team, it's a recipe for disaster (for the other team). Its high damage, low recharge, and AoE make it hard for even the best monks in the game to deal with. I'm proposing two slightly different changes that both fix this skill's problem.
Searing Flames - 15 1 2 - "Target foe and all nearby foes are struck with Searing Flames. Foes already on fire take 10...82...100 fire damage. Foes not on fire begin burning for 1...6...7 seconds. Searing Flames is disabled on all other party members for 4 seconds."
Searing Flames - 15 1 2 - "Target foe and nearby foes not on fire begin burning for 1...7...8 seconds and take 10...82...100 damage. Foes already burning are set on fire for 1...7...8 seconds."
