Eye of the North Reputation Scrolls
Objectives:
- reduce reputation point grinding
- increase PvE skill utility on non-maxed characters
- increase Dungeon chest rewards
- improve reputation faction crafter inventory
To do this, we introduce a new scroll:
Scroll of the Norn / Asura / Great Dwarf / Ebon Vangaurd
Can be crafted from the Consumables NPC for the desired faction for 1 skill point, 10 parchment, and 100g. These scrolls can also be traded to scroll traders at market prices.
Effect:
For 10 minutes, your party gains double reputation points for [Faction] bounties, and your PvE skills for that faction are increased to their maximum level.
