Stance. For 1...4...5 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block attacks. Whenever you block an attack this way, you lose 5 minus 1 Energy for every 3 ranks of Fast Casting or Distortion ends.
- 9 fast cast = 2 energy per block
increased the energy gain so that mind blast eles can no longer abuse it so heavily, but its still usable by primary mesmers, and for some high fast casting mesmers its actually a buff
