Suggestion - 9 ¼ Elite Touch Skill. Interrupt target foe's action. If that action was a Spell, that foe is knockdown and Dazed for 10 seconds. 50% failure chance with Strength 4 or less.

Making it a touch skill allows you to interrupt thru block and blind which gives it a huge buff, skillful use of this skill also causes knockdowns
