Stance. For 2...8...10 seconds you move 25% faster and one nearby party member has a 75% chance to block. Ends if you are not nearby a party member.
Defensive stance is just not a great skill. Tactics line in general is not great for a warrior. This way you protect your team but don't have to give up your skills. Had to be a stance or the name would not make sense. The caster does not receive the blocking effect. Hope game mechanics allow this. Most people don't really target warriors so they have no real point in having so many block skills.
