Just wanted to let you know
That after talking to Jake (TahiriVeila) and seeing how much more communication is happening now, I felt compelled to tell you how much I really do appreciate what you're doing. I know now that you are trying to get information to us and I can tell from the GSU announcement and the subsequent posts from Luminary (on a page I'd rather not link) that NCSoft probably doesn't make that easy.
I hope that this trend of openness and more frequent updates can continue. And thanks again. Karate

- I just want to say that I've been trying very hard to get upper management and folks on up to NCsoft to be more open about security issues. In terms of game-related issues, I've also been trying to get the devs to be a little more comfortable with previewing upcoming features. Now, that's not to say that they will be comfortable with it all the time, and also keep in mind that some things (example: GW2 info releases) may be tied to marketing, and so cannot be previewed or discussed as much. I am doing the best I can to advocate for more info for you all, but keep in mind there's convincing within the company that has to happen as well, and often can be on a case-by-case basis. --Regina Buenaobra
