PvP really isen't my thing, i do think that Penetrating Chop and Sundering Chop can remain as duplicates seeing that their changes are only made to split their functions. Twisting Axe seems a bit too complicated to see play since you are better off with Bull's Strike if you ask me. Keen Chop looks interresting, would even be fun to use in PvE, altough i minor drawback is that it does not follow nomenclature (but who cares besides Falconeye).
