maybe the option to make a TOTAL orriginal cape with own images (not pictures but own drawings) would be pretty awesome

- Well, if capes were an actual equipable item, then this would allow for some capes other than just the guild capes. Perhaps some form of reputation system could warrant one's earning of these capes, allowing players to show them off. Anyways, having the capes be actual equipment items could allow the players to take the cape to a loom shop (you can see the concept art for a char loom shop in their recent blog post art slideshow) where it could be tailored to the length desired. The design could be decided upon by the leader as usual, but also through a tailoring system (for realism's sake). Id think personally for more than just the length to be editable, but how the cape is attached around the neck too. If they keep the same old drab blue/grey clasping, that might make me hide the capes more often (yay for my cape mod changing that ^^), it would limit the options for capes somewhat. Perhaps different styles for the clasp area? Capes could attach around the neck, on the shoulders, even via a chain. IDN, but if your going to have variable lengths, why not go a little step further? I want to second this suggestion and provide some really dope examples of what I think Adonis had in mind.
Mostly when I think to explain this, the movie 300 comes to mind. While it mostly is known for it's ultra violence, I love it for the awesome-sauce cloaks they had that flowed along the ground.
I know that this isn't something game changing or ultra critical, but these long cloaks would be a huge improvement for us and would just be cosmetic. Toko the Man 01:53, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
