What you are suggesting is majorly unbalanced. The point of PvE only skills is to add flavor to your bar. They are not meant to be better then Skills every one can get through progressing through the game.--Yozuk 17:52, 14 June 2011 (UTC)
- Well i admit it can use some balance but as you said in your last line right now they are better by alot than normal profession skills. Altough adding some fun skills to the bar the majority are still OP and used up to a level that normal skills and builds like the knock-down warrior are have lost their place in PvE. Balancing them out with the normal skills is much needed. Altough i have yet to add the text of what my idea with those this suggestion is, it's to give those skills functions wich can be used by certain professions wich they normally lack or could use. But saying all that i am also open to suggestions for improvement of the balance of the skills so if you would want please let me know what's imbalanced ,why and how it can be improved. - Keep the conditional drunk clause for Drunken Master; the rest dont need it. If your set on dropping the move/attack 33% clause, then about this: "Gain 3...5 damage reduction for each tier of drunkenness" or "Gain 10...15% chance to block for each tier of drunkenness". I personally know plenty of folks whole *LOVE* PvE'ing while spouting random nonsense for the lolz and they many love using that skill just for (the excuse to use) the condition. ^_^ --Falconeye 08:10, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
- Indeed there are inbalances in this. I love what you did with Ebon Battle Flag of Dishonor, but the summons are a bit concerning. 25 energy is a bit nicky on a warrior especially if they need a 50% health sacrifice. However for a full skillbar ally... It might be ok. (and yes I know about getting a high energy set: I run fire staves regularly on my warrior) What worries me is the scaling. With all the skills, this is the most noticeable with the summons, as it has an insane power difference between a level 10 mursaat who lasts 150 seconds, and a level 20 mursaat, who lasts for full duration. Reducing the difference between high rank and low rank should be a priority, especially in the higher rank range, so grinding and rank discrimination doesn't come back. The level can be the level of the caster (or fixed 20) and the duration 240...288...300 without breaking anything. Also in my opinion we can easily keep the 3 pve skills limit. It doesn't hurt much at the moment. --Boro 12:03, 17 April 2012 (UTC)
- Title skills are pretty hard to balance since you need to keep them good for the 3 skill limit while not overpowering them too much. I tried to keep them at a power level near that of the normal skills and give them functions to assist builds in their effectiveness rather that OP stand-alone skills. I'm still rethinking a couple of skills to let them work better but i must say i expected a harsher comment from you, especially with the asuran summons level of power. I'll rescale them and some other skills to prevent grinding since it is something that could indeed be a problem (i haven't forgotten Ursan). Da Mystic Reaper 12:23, 17 April 2012 (UTC)

- Well it seems like the Live-team has fixed the grinding issue by reducing the required title level to max out the skills. I gues i have to rescale them a bit and make some minor adjustments here and there. Da Mystic Reaper 13:14, 25 May 2012 (UTC)
"You Are All Weaklings!" 6 10 Shout (10...15 seconds). You take 10...20% less damage from foes suffering from a condition. Initial effect: inflicts Weakness condition to foes in earshot (8...12 seconds).

- The title skills is something I wanted to update so I'll keep this version in mind when I do so. Da Mystic Reaper (talk) 14:11, 16 May 2015 (UTC)
