Feedback talk:User/Etnys/Ascalon like Pre-Searing

This isn't a "problem." Ascalon has been destroyed by the war with the Charr. And since this war is ongoing, when is it you think that Ascalon has been rebuilt? Even in GW2, 250 years later, Ascalon is STILL at war with the Charr, and the Charr have pushed the Ascalons even further South and destroyed much more of the country. Ascalon hasn't been rebuilt, and we likely won't know the country's fate until the completion of GW2. --Musha 23:01, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

I don't think Ascalon is still entirely at war in Guild Wars 2. Isn't King Adelbern's "Foefire" supposed to have killed human and Charr alike? As far as I know, it's meant to be more of a ghost country in the future.

As for the suggestion, I highly doubt anything like that will ever happen, though I do sympathise, because it's frustrating that nothing about the game every really changes despite all the quests you do in order to "help". I think if Ascalon did start to regrow, it would probably somewhat represent Doomlore Shrine in the Charr Homelands. Still dark and slightly ravaged, but with signs of life. – NuclearDuckie 14:14, 3 May 2010 (UTC)
