Yeap, to the point where nobody will use it anyway - defeats the whole purpose of balancing: the tweaking of game mechanics to make viable, yet not overpowered alternatives. You seem to not understand the concept of moderation - the in-between of too much and too little - making it just right. I think I have said this many times before, anet should not be wasting their already extremely limited time and resources implementing suggestions that nobody will care to use after the first three days. there is no way this should be maintainable maybe if it had 12 sec recharge and lasted like 4 secs otherwise it would be impossible to kill someone who is DP'd instead of the other way around -Vv
