You probably haven't been following GW2 much (or missed a bunch of news).
- 1. "...buttons for strong and weak attacks..." - Charge Skills are already in the game. You hold the button longer and do more damage accordingly.
- 2. "Will you use that skill to cripple your foe or will you try to finish them off quickly with your weapons?" - There were already announced a bunch of skills that cause conditions on foes. Some may depend on your equiped weapon, while others may be utility skills you can choose. So, there is that element of choice. Furthermore, there are certain traits that allow you to apply more conditions with a certain skill.
- 3. "Perhaps a stamina bar could be implemented." - It was already implemented in GW1 under the name of adrenaline (although it wasn't a visible bar) and it will also be implemented in GW2. Plus, what I quoted in 1. is further developed by the existence of burst skills. You can either let your adrenaline unspent (which gives you a passive damage bonus to all of your attacks) or spend it all at once in a powerfull attack (the already mentioned burst skill) that scales acording to the amount of adrenaline you had.
So, don't worry, because warriors still have some pretty engaging mechanics that give melee players the chance to think instead of spamming. --217.129.133.230 01:36, 26 August 2010 (UTC)
