This has never made sense to me, why bother? By definition, underwear isn't supposed to be seen. The only reason its on our characters is so they aren't naked without the armor(therefore keeping the game rated Teen). ALL the characters look pretty awful in just their undies, they just aren't designed too go around without their armor.
