It's supposed to give you something around the energy that you lost through the degen because you would feel refreshed after the burden is gone. You know, like when you lift something heavy for a short time and after that you feel refreshed cause the weight is gone. Lou Wolfskin 11:09, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
