- Mantis Touch - sounds okay to me
- Scorpion Wire - just shorten casttime? no problem
- Shadow Fang - would be a nerf of this skill, just get recharge down 5-10 sec
- Shroud of Silence - First behaviour is too strong for that short recharge (would be used in nearly every split in GvG), i would add "ends if you use a skill thats not an attack" duration of down to 4 sec, recharge up to 25+, next strike daze for 3 sec
- Signet of Shadows - sounds ok
- Siphon Speed - OP compared to hidden caltrops as elite
- Siphon Strength - Is actually a very strong shutdown, this version would be exploited by rangers and mesmers in pvp
- Way of the Empty Palm - Interesting but too strong on 3 sec at max 1 sec for pvp, also every adrenalin is lost in its duration, so it could be OP.
But anyways deadly arts truely need a complete rework, its just too weak to be used in class-combinated builds, also just a marginal note for other classes. Only used crossclassed skills are "Augury of Death" and "Assassin's Promise"

- I guess I don't know what to do with Siphon Speed or Siphon Strength. I'd actually like to see a Siphon Strength that doesn't last that long but heavily limits your targets outgoing damage and sets you up for some nice damage and energy management. The only problem is that it's currently easy to debuff attack damage but I'm not sure if there's a way to implement a "Target foe cannot deal more than x damage for y seconds" debuff into the game that would also encompass spells.
- For the Way of the Empty Palm suggestion, it obviously needs a new function because who really needs more energy management for dagger attacks aside from the two Paragons that run that gimmicky build? I think that it being able to disable adrenaline was a nice feature and is something to think about when deciding on whose skills to disable seeing as you've only got that ability once every 25 seconds. Do you want to save an ally the often fatal trouble of dealing with warrior hammer spam or do you need to disable that monk/other caster to aid a spike?
