Good idea. 80% back may be a bit high, as I see making the armour akin to customizing the materials. Perhaps on the lower end, of 30-40%. Otherwise, I'd say armour trade-in is needed! G R E E N E R 06:09, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
- The problem is, armor is one of the major gold sinks in the game. It's only real purpose once you have gotten max stats (which happens very quickly, and relatively cheaply) is to remove gold/materials from play. Providing a way to recoup that much would be defeating that purpose. Gold sinks are necessary in any on going game, and even Linsey has said that coming up with enough gold sinks has posed problems for the developers. I don't see them negating one of the best there is in the game. -- Wyn talk 08:20, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
- Good for phinshers I think, else not really usefull, hackers would profit by plundering much more. Just check wiki first, or own EotN when other chars got the same model of armor in accountbased archivements, before you buy it. I don't see the point why it should be implemented... it has more bad effects then use --80.121.88.0 02:00, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
- Most hackers are not hackers, and had people kept their account safe and ANET did their part, there would be no risk. And the reasons you listed after I already debunked. Checking wiki isn't indicative of how it is on your face/hair style and I only have 1 PvE character since everybody solos. Besides, that'd be a waste of time.
