TBH even making this 10e would make Mesmers actually think before using it. Same goes with Demise. It really bothers me that secondaries are using it too eh.' I agree too, unskilled and sucky gameplay, also force players to cast in diversion/shame, only counter itself is another mesmer hex or necro elite... counter: Mistrust, Diversion, Soul Leech, Spoil Victor and this is a bit low vs. another faceroll mesmer bar -> so get it nerved pls!
