I think Ravious is trying to work in a story arc where the Zaishen Menagerie was saved from the mass flooding caused by the dragons. If you had read the narrative you will have noticed the part where Noolah is a female Asura who is outcast due to her beard. The same way that HoM would work... I mean all these people are filling their Menagerie. You think they all want their animals to die as the Zaishen isles get washed away?
