Bleeding is a very common condition amongst skills, and by incorporating a Deep Wound in Vicious Attack, it makes Cruel Spear pretty much obselete, let alone Elite Spear attacks are crappy as they are currently--Eclipse143 08:10, 20 July 2011 (UTC)
