The phoenix is easier than the stalker? The stalked requires you to walk around the easiest area of post searing, and the phoenix requires you to complete a campaign. There may be only one or two stalked in the wild in post, but that doesn't make it a rare pet. The only pet I would consider rare is the moss spider, since it requires either a rare item, or a large donation of zcoins to unlock.--Pyron Sy 04:04, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
- Well, Factions isn't a very hard, or long campaign to finish, while on the other hard you don't wake up one day thinking "Wow, let's run to Ascalon from LA!". Of course, since the Menagerie update you can have a Proph char cap it for you, but post-searing, you really have to search for them. ~ Sanna 11:52, 5 September 2009 (UTC)
- The stalker is a fixed animal easy to get than can be found before and after getting to Old Ascalon. If there was some kind of long quest that shows the stalker at the end it would have the right of becoming a Prestige animal, but it's one of the easiest to get. The Moss spider, the White Moa or the Rainbow phoenix could be good options, but we already have the Black Widow, the Black Moa and the Imperial Phoenix in the Monument, and they are so similar that their monuments would be a bit redundant.
