I dont see this happening man, since Anet has stated that they will make it equally as possible and effective in terms of balance for a norn to be an elementalist and an asura to be a warrior.--Malchior Devenholm 01:27, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- Where did they say that? They may have said they don't want to limit player's choices, but they have said they want race to play an important part in gameplay and each race will have a special ability. More than that... Oh I won't bother arguig. The only way this is getting in is if Anet has already decided to include it, so the decision is already made. I'm done trying to explain this to you people. Yay.--Shai Halud 05:36, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- In the Q&A at PAX Mike or Eric or one of the Anet designers did indeed state that professions and races will be able to mix without major detriments. I don't have the link available at the time, I'll go find it.--Malchior Devenholm 21:10, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- although i don't recal where i do remember reading (shortly after finding out there would be multiple races) that anet was planning for each race to be just as good at any class, but they'd still have racial benefits. probably meaningthe benefits have something for every class archtype.Akbaroth 07:47, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
- I watched the Q&A they expressly avoided talking about anything regarding gameplay. If you attended the con and heard something we did not, feel free to post it.--Shai Halud 22:05, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
