You can have this as a Title. Firstly you will need 5 Maxed Titles and a full Hall of Monuments or 10 Maxed Titles to get the Rainbow Phoenix Pet. Secondly not every person in the game has the money to buy a The unlock packs or are even willing to pay for the unlock packs etc. The Title is 5 levels, so you won't achieve any of these levels at a max until you already have the Maxed Titles. Then you also need to train each pet to level 20 to get the Maxed Title.Sou1Co11ector

The Pet Unlock Pack always seems to confuse people. The Pet Unlock Pack does not unlock all pets, only common ones. Also, it will not unlock the last tier for these pets, only the first one. I would agree that this achievement would make a good title, if there weren't too many titles in the game already. As the developers clearly have no intention of adding more ranks to the Kind of a Big Deal title, it would not be a good idea to add new titles to the game that can be maximized.
