Malign Intervention 20% 25 3 60
Elite* hex spell: Target foe is hexed with Malign Intervention for 0...16...20 seconds. While hexed with Malign Intervention, target foe suffers -1 health degeneration. Whenever someone dies while under the effects of Malign Intervention, a level 1...14...17 allied Malign Horror is summoned and the foe's corpse is exploited. Whenever a Malign Horror successfully deals damage, the damaged foe is hexed with Malign Intervention for 0...12...15 seconds and you lose 2% of your maximum health.
- Although I've never seen a skill turn from non elite to elite, this could be a fun exception. To keep balance, an elite death magic skill would have to become non elite most likely, and I believe a good candidate for that would be Contagion.
I'm not crazy: I know there would NEED to be a PvP version of this skill.
Malign Intervention (PvP version) 10 2 15
Elite hex spell: Target foe is hexed with Malign Intervention for 0...16...20 seconds. While hexed with Malign Intervention, target foe receives 20% less benefit from healing and suffers 1...3...3 health degeneration. Whenever target foe is healed, the healer loses 1...4...5 energy, and is hexed with Malign Intervention for 0...16...20 seconds.
