Feedback talk:User/Weindrasi/New Race Options

TBH I'm not much of a fan for a thousand races in a game so I am happy where its at right now. A bit early for that though dontcha think?

Well Arenanet has already stated that there will be other races available, so why not start early and try to influence their decision? I prefer the idea of not adding races myself, but since they are going to do that anyway, I may as well try to get races I would take an interest in. Weindrasi 04:06, 28 August 2011 (UTC)Weindrasi

I'd have to agree with Mr. Phlem here, considering how Anet isn't looking much farther than GW2's initial release right now. Jeff Gubb, if I recall, has said that Anet has nothing planned out for Cantha an Elona outside what is stated in The Movement of the World. So basically, later conent is kinda far from their minds right now. As such it just seems like all of you are jumping the gun with the idea of other races. I don't think Anet is paying much attention to that right now, so if you really want to influence them, it might be a better idea to wait till after the game is released. This goes for everyone with a "expansion/new race" idea.--Will Greyhawk 07:51, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
