A view of the gardens

The Garden of Seborhin is a fabulously grown and meticulously tended garden located just north of the Forum Highlands. Its gardeners and protectors practically live right next to it. The garden is not open to the public however, as only royalty, nobility, and persons of high esteem and standing are allowed entry; and that is usually only if they have been granted an invitation.

Getting there[edit]

The entrance to this area is right outside the northwestern exit of Tihark Orchard outpost. Talk to Seborhin Protector Zuor outside the entrance in the Forum Highlands.

To be allowed entry, Tahlkora must be in your party, unless the party leader has already completed Abaddon's Gate. In addition, this area is inaccessible if any party member has completed Grand Court of Sebelkeh but has not yet completed Abaddon's Gate. Completion of Grand Court of Sebelkeh changes this area into the Nightfallen Garden instead. Only by completion of Abaddon's Gate will it revert to its pre-Nightfall state.

Notes[edit]

Gw2logo.png The Guild Wars 2 Wiki has an article on Garden of Seborhin.
  • This area is converted to the Nightfallen Garden after the Grand Court of Sebelkeh mission, until the completion of the Nightfall campaign. Therefore, you can only vanquish this area either before the mission is done (if you completed Nightfall with another character) or after you have completed the campaign.
  • It is possible to retain access to both this area and the Nightfallen Garden.
  • Tahlkora must be in your party to explore this area before conversion to Nightfallen Garden.
  • These quests affect the spawns in this area:
  • Complete exploration of this area contributes approximately 3.2% to the Elonian Cartographer title track.
    • It is possible to completely explore this area by yourself relatively quickly with the use of the Assassin skill Return or PvE skill Ebon Escape to get past the guards set to stop your access. This you can do at the very beginning of the Tihark Orchard mission, with no enemies to fight.
      • If you do not have access to any of these skills, you can also play the mission until the Harpies attack. The guards will move to attack and you can just pass through them, allowing you to explore the area.
  • Vanquisher runs of this area without active quests require defeating around 261 foes. Including quest influences, it has been reported to range from 214 to 307 foes.
    • Before completing Garden Chores there are several groups of Seborhin Pests on the east side of the garden (square part) (23 foes).
    • There are several hidden groups of beetles along the patrol routes of elemental groups and other visible beetle groups. Try to sweep and proceed slowly or pull enemy mobs rather than charging at them.
    • The Plague of Frogs quest will cause a lot more hekets to spawn.
