Ascalon Emirates was formed shortly after the release of the first chapter of Guild Wars "Prophecies", in May of 2005. Kathleen and Gary remained the only members for many years until the guild began to grow with a steady influx of friends and family members.
With the growth of the Guild and many new members Gary and Kathleen split their less used accounts off to form the “Harnmasters Guild” [HMG] and joined the two guilds to forum a Guild Alliance with shared halls and visiting privileges. “Harnmasters Guild” and "HMG" is a reference to the Harnmaster FRPG and "HarnMaster Gold" its premium edition ruleset.
With the recent addition of the Tilesetter's Guild to the Alliance all members of the alliance now have access to multiple guildhall configurations for alliance bettle practice.
