Our Information
Well what can I say, we were once an over-dramatic guild and now we are a relaxed guild that just wants players to help each other as a community, as thanks to Aion much of the guild wars community has been lost, however I believe our guild and guilds like ours that will help to bring the community together. So thats our new goal, not to be the largest guild in the world, not to have the most faction or own a settlement, but merely to create a better community of active and loyal players. After all its a community that makes MMORPG's so enjoyable.
So yeh, we are a guild thats had its ups and had its downs. Its been active and inactive. It's pretty much died three times since it was made in March, long story :P. Also our guild originates from a guild back in 2007, yes I did make an Isle Of The Mebrook Warriors [IOMB] back then and quit in 2008 coming back in 09 >.<.
So what now? Well I've just come back after quitting for 2 months and sure enough the guilds most active of its now 12 members last played one month ago so yeh... Now my plan is to have a community run guild, not a guild ordered around by one guy, or girl :P, but ruled by all of you. So anyway I hope you enjoy this GWW page and I hope you join my guild :D.

Current Guild Faction = 50,000 Kurzick Faction
Current Alliance Faction = 100,000Kurzick Faction
Amount needed every day to increase our guild faction = 5,000 + Kurzick Faction.
And remember, as I "always say" (:P) "To Dare, is to do!".
Events
I know what your thinking, "What?! Events?! Let me guess if I don't show up I'm kicked?? :(" Well your wrong :P, these are completely voluntary aimed at bringing the community together. So if you can't be bothered to take part, just say :P, I don't mind. Oh and yeh just click the links to learn more about the event :P
- Isle of the Mebrook Warriors - Monday Event - Guild Recruitment Drive, we will all go out and recruit as many people as we can, I know its not that fun :P but we have to do it to help our family grow.
- Isle of the Mebrook Warriors - Tuesday Event - Farming Trips, e.g Dungeons in EotN or Urgoz's Warren in Factions Etc. I'm not the best at this, and I'm sorry >.< if you usually do these I will happily let you lead this event :D
- Isle of the Mebrook Warriors - Wednesday Event - No Events day, your day off :P
- Isle of the Mebrook Warriors - Thursday Event - Alliance Battles, a day primarily aimed at aiding your faction title farmers :D and all of you that want a high faction guild :P
- Isle of the Mebrook Warriors - Friday Event - Scrimmages and maybe a GvG one day :P this is more aimed at those who like to show off in the guild :P
- Isle of the Mebrook Warriors - Saturday Event - Champions Contest, a contest where a tournament will take place to find the strongest members in this guild. Yeh like the last event its aimed for those who want to show off and be the "alpha-player" in the guild :P
- Isle of the Mebrook Warriors - Sunday Event - Guild/Alliance Meeting at Guild Hall, just so we can discuss issues and ways of improving the guild, I know it will be dull and I know it will start with a super cheesy speech by me but without this meeting how can we evolve :D
So yeh, you don't really have to show up to any if you dont want to, it's all up to you and what inspires you :P
Reward System
Reward System
The Reward System is an idea brought in to encourage guild members to stay active and loyal to the guild. The concept is that you will recieve zeal for every time you either show up to an event, donate, recruit etc. :P Below are the amount of zeal you will recieve -
- 50 zeal for each member you recruit.
- 50 zeal for every 5,000 Kurzick Faction you donate.
- 50 zeal for taking part in guild events.
- 100 zeal for attending guild meetings.
For every 10,000 zeal you accumulate you will recieve a goody bag. The current goody bag contains -
- A Zaishen Key.
- A mysterious Tonic.
- A random un-dedicated miniature of any rarity.
- Possibly - A Green Weapon to match your class
If you achieve 3 goody bag's then you WILL be promoted to an officer position no matter how much experience of the game you have!
Note - Be nice if I forget to update your zeal >.< it's tricky to remember what everyone has done and add it to Microsoft Office Excel, also try not to lie about what you've done, everyone can lie and sure you could get a goody bag for nothing if your a good enough liar :P but there's no point, if your desperate enough for gold then just ask and as a community we will try to help you, its what families do.
Recruitment
Our Guild is looking for loyal, active members that are willing to contribute to our community, as long as your happy talking to others, sharing stories and advice, then your welcome with big open arms. :P
If you believe that you match this criteria then whisper Le Knight One (Leader) in-game and ask to join.
As for becoming an officer there is only really one way to do this and that is to stand out as an experienced member, someone who understands the game and is willing to help our community by sharing their knowledge.
Rules and Views
"Rules", what a horrible word. Just the sight of it probabally made you cringe in horror, however cringe no more! For you see these rules aren't about activity or faction, but more about your relationship with other members of our community. After all, how can a successful community have members that just want to put down those of the community that are less fortunate? So yes, do read the rules, but hopefully you wont need to, as if you are really a community person then these should come naturally.
Rule 1
- Do not be racist, our community accepts people of all nationalities and religions.
Rule 2
- Do not be offensive to another community member, this is a friendly community.
Rule 3
- Be an active member of the community and be ready to help other members, only if we help each other can we evolve.
Rule 4
- Be polite, self explanitory really. :P
Rule 5
- Have fun, be proud and happy to be in a growing community, and if being in a community isn't really your thing, then you can leave, it is your decision not ours. (Wow a rule about quitting the guild, we own :P)
Rule 6
- Smile! :D! No one wants a sad community, if you have a problem making you sad, feel free to trust other members of the community as we are here to help you in all aspects, not just in-game, but in real life too.
Consequences
Breaking of these rules will result you in being punished, from the modest punishment of not being able to participate in votes and being demoted (If you are an officer), to more extreme punishments such as being kicked from our Guild.
Well rule 6 you are allowed to break >.< we aren't going to punish you if feel sad :P
Guaranteed and Possible* Future Guild Updates
- Updating the Guild Hall, our Guild Hall still has 250k worth of updates to be added, so please attempt to update this further so that our community can feel proud in a place that we can call home.
- Increasing our member count upto 50, this is just required for our community to develop and grow, more members equals a more friendly and diverse community.
- *Do week events such as smile week or something random all in the name of fun. :P
If you would like to speak to Le Knight One about any of these updates just whisper him in-game, or you can speak in Guild/Alliance Chat.
- Note-Remember not all of these updates are certain, some are possible.
