ONE is a small-sized tight knit guild that resulted from a merging of two guilds (The Defiant Will[DW] and Lets Execute Em Together [LEET]). As a primarily PvE guild, ONE members can be found doing UW, FoW, DoA, HM missions and vanquishes on a daily basis. Most runs are balanceway, although some members do speed clears (SoOsc, Kathsc, FoWsc, Rragarsc, Bogsc, UWSC) and will gladly teach others if requested.
We like to consider ourselves a close knit family and try to keep it that way. however we are always looking for new people to contribute to the chaos we like to call [ONE].
Recruitment
ONE recruits members on a slow basis -- we believe in quality members over quantity. Most new recruits are found through some kind of recurring PUG group or friend-based recommendation. The recruiting officer is primarily responsible for training or removing the recruit. New members are eligible to become officers after one month based on activity, participation, skill-level and helpfulness to other guild/alliance members.
