Recruitment
We're an old guild with brand new members and leadership! As of March 28th, 2012, we're a member of the Children of Night alliance. If anyone has any questions, comments, or concerns regarding any aspect of our guild/alliance, please feel free to contact me ingame.
~Recruitment~ We are NOT one of the big guilds that so predominantly inhabit the Guild Wars community. There are no requirements, and no strings attached. We are also a democratic society here, and I would LOVE to have nominations for promotions to Officership.
Officers: We would love to have you start inviting people to our guild. Please make an effort to play with other people and bring them into our ranks. I would also request that you be my eyes and ears when I can't be present. Please don't abuse your power. And thank you for your behaviours that lead you to this point.
Members: Consider yourself a friend to each and every member of SSG and the corresponding alliance guilds. If you EVER need a friend, a companion, or any help, don't be afraid to ask. We're here for YOU! However, don't be offended if we're unable to help. It's not that we don't want to, we promise.
~Codes of Conduct~
GENERAL CONDUCT: There are only 3 simple rules each guild member will be requested to follow. First, please be respectful to ALL guild and alliance members equally - treat every member as though they were a guild leader. Second, please refrain from excessive profanity, spamming, raging, and prejudicial comments in guild and alliance chat. We want this to be a safe and secure community for players of all ages, races, and genders. Third, if you have a problem, please bring it to a guild leader or officer and we will make sure it gets taken. We would request that fights be kept to a minimum to avoid any unnecessary loss of membership. We truly hope that your time here is pleasant and that you feel welcome and safe!
ACTIVITY: As a guild leader, it is encouraging to see players who are active and talkative in the guild. On the same token, it is also saddening to me when players quit. To keep the guild thriving, I would like to see all players logging in at least once every 2 months. If you have a concern about activity being a problem, please don't be afraid to let me know. We'll work around your schedules as much as possible.
