For Almost 2 years now the leader, Killen Merke, has been playing the game of Guild Wars. He has lead a guild before, but none to the likes of this one. This one has been very Prosperous, in reaching the limits of everything. This guild is very unique with unique qualities and unique attributes. Many people have come and gone, with many deciding to stay. However, this guild would not be this way without the trust, loyalty, and maturity of its Officers and Members.
Created on September, 2007, Soldiers Of The North has grown, and changed a lot. We started out alright, within 2 days we had 30+ members. But over time people got inactive and people kept leaving and it was hard to keep recruiting, so the guild fell apart. So the leader quit for 3 months. Killen Merke started playing again in January, 2008, and never bothered to try recruit. Around the beginning of February the leader of [SotN] started recruiting and soon got to 20+ members. Slowly climbing in members, [SotN] picked up some good active and loyal members and they helped recruiting. On February 10th [SotN] joined the [TM] alliance and it was a good choice. It is a helpful, nice, active alliance and makes the game a lot more enjoyable and fun to play. During the Chinese New Year [SotN] had around 35+ members, and still slowly gaining. Then on February 22, the officers of [SotN] finally started to recruit a lot and soon reached us to 55+ members. Then on February 23 we reached 70+ members (Special thanks to Last Noble Beast for all the people he help recruit(30+ Members)). With the help of all you members, we became a very nice guild and an important guild to the alliance. Even with currently 70+ total members (not max yet) we are still one of the most active guilds in the alliance.
Our main goal, as a guild and alliance, is to create a very enjoyable, mature, safe, and helpful environment. Also, we are here to help people proceed through game, and enjoy it while they are. We really believe that we have done this. It is a great, fun alliance, in which we help, talk, and have fun together.
