Soul of Destruction [SoD] formed in May 2005 as a collection of friendly and dedicated international players.
The guild comprises of many experienced members who enjoy PvE cooperative gameplay and exploring the worlds of Tyria, Cantha and Elona together. We have a small number of SoD’s who also like to PvP together and experiment with new builds.
We have an Isle of Meditation Guild Hall. GvG's is a rare occurrence in our own guild, but some of us guest for other guilds in our alliance, or guilds outside the alliance, from time to time.
As of July 2008 we have about 45 members - a big handful active, and a few drunken noobs.. ;)
We also have our own SoD FM Radio[2] over at Last.fm[3]
Goals and ambitions
Many of our members are (individually and cooperatively) working on gaining titles (escpecially trying to get from KoaBD r5 to KoaBD r6 which requires a whole lot of grinding).
We also have a dedicated team consisting of 8-10 players working on setting the time world record in DoA.
Our current record is 1 hour, 13 minutes.
During the latest 3 days we've gone from 1:27 > 1:23 > 1:13, and we should not have a problem beating our own record once again.

As of July/August 2008, we're no longer in the AN-alliance, and is actively looking for a new one. Our DoA-runs have stalled a bit too, due to IRL-activities like work and school. -- Kelah Tunai
