Candidate statement[edit]
Uhmm, well im an active user, i spend (almost) all my spare time on my computer ... i spend most of my time on this wiki monitoring the recent changes, reverting vandals, incorrect stuff, and so on. Ive been around for about 6 months, i think everybodys noticed me. I have a sense of humor, although i always keep it in talk/user space. When i first started i was ... well a wiki-noob, since then ive learned the standards on this wiki, and im certain i wont screw up as a sysop. Well, guess thats all there is, just wanna say im a honest person and i hope your all gonna trust me on that :D C4K3 Talk 21:41, 5 August 2009 (UTC)

Oppose[edit]
- Oppose. Looking at your contributions, you've got the right idea. I think you need a bit more time here before I can make a true decision. Personally, I have not seen you around the GWW or GWWT namespaces (policy wise), which is a big part for my decision. However, you have the right idea, I think you need a little bit longer of a stay on the wiki before anything happens though. Nevertheless, good luck. -- Wandering Traveler 21:44, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- Oppose. You're a good contributor, but you have only 4 posts on GWW and GWW talk combined, and half of them are on this page. You need to be more involved with policy discussion and with admin activities in general before you try this again. ~Shard 22:13, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- Oppose. As above, in both positive and negative. - J.P.Talk 00:25, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
- Oppose. Lack of situational awareness leading to poor courses of action. I admit I have an unfair level of inside knowledge here, but even without it I suspect I could have gotten to the bottom of things. Perhaps you just aren't ready yet. Reinfored by this. Misery 16:38, 10 August 2009 (UTC)
- Oppose. Sorry that I haven't really noticed you either, but then I'm semi-active. But I have noticed in your contributions that you're polite to most users, but when it comes to dealing with troublemakers, your actions tend to provoke rather than prevent. I would say you need to spend a bit more time getting the feel of how wiki maintenance works. While many of your contributions have been helpful, I haven't yet seen anything that would warrant giving you access to sysop tools. -- ab.er.rant 14:47, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
Neutral[edit]
- I've seen nothing from this user that would convince me to trust him with sysop tools. On the other hand, I haven't seen anything from this user that would make me greatly oppose him having sysop tools. To echo the oppose crowd, make more edits overall so I'll have a better selection of edits to base my judgment on. -Auron 09:55, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- Per Auron. --Antioch 22:14, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
- As per WT and Shard. I really appreciate the numerous edits you make to improve mainspace articles, but before I can support your RfA, you need to prove you can contribute to actual decision making on this wiki, too. — Why 00:13, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
- Neutral I have seen nothing that says you would misuse the sysop tools, but no proof that you would use them responsibly either. I can't make a decision. - anja 07:53, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
- Neutral. Your edits to the mainspace at least show that you can be industrious and helpful, which is never a bad thing in a sysop. But I have no idea what you know of Guild Wars Wiki's policies, or where your opinions lie upon recurring wiki debates such as "letter vs. spirit of the law". A sysop should be elected because she can be trusted with the sysop tools (and like others have commented, I'm not convinced one way or the other on that count), not because of their particular ideological persuasion; but, especially where bans and user conflicts come into play, the two are to some degree inseparable. - Neutral As those above, in regards to edits in mainspace and policies. You say "i think everybodys noticed me", well I can't say I have to be honest. Also from your candidate statement to me you show no professionalism and seems like you don't even want this responsibility. If you really wanted it (to me) you could of taken time and thought it out, and then written something that doesn't look like you quickly scribbled it down.
