@Wyn: What exactly is your point? Where's the basis for your conclusion? Vili is one of three people on this site (that I can think of off the top of my head) that are both good trolls and good sysops and have the experience to back it up. Being somewhere "for the lulz" doesn't mean they're bad at keeping idiots at bay (which is all this job requires, really).

@Freedom: Maybe I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that an RfA's purpose was to contribute to the pool of "good candidates", regardless of whether a candidate is needed at the moment.
