- Does not increase the Divine Favor healing bonus. Even though healing done by enchantments is not normally enhanced, Patient Spirit is. For details, see healing modifiers.
- Since the duration of Healer's Boon is the same as its recharge time with no attribute rank in Divine Favor, it proves usable by secondary monk healers as long as energy permits.
- Its faster activation effect stacks with Fast Casting, as long as the Healing Prayers spell's original casting time is 2 seconds or longer.
