stackable skills

Hello gw ppl, i have a question regarding some +dmg skills. For example, if my sets of skills are :

-Favorable winds (+6 dmg)
-Conjure Flame (+15 fire dmg)
-im the strongest (+17 dmg)
-Ebon Battle Standard of Honor (+11 dmg)
-By ural´s hammer (+25% dmg)
-plus barrage (+19 dmg)

that imply that my barrage would have + 68 dmg(with barrage) + 25% dmg = +85 dmg per barrage ? or this skills are not stackable ? if not, please tell which are the non stackable ones, so i can leave the rest =).

I'm not sure whether By Ural's Hammer multiplies bonus damage or base damage (I'd assume it also multiplies bonus damage, since it works on non-attack skills), but, other than that, everything stacks. However, you might want to note that IatS might not affect all of your shots, since it has a cap on the number of attacks that it affects (each shot from Barrage counts as a separate attack).

Weird game update notice.

Recently, I did a system restore back to Jan 31st. But now on the login screen I get this announcement (January 28, 2010:Game Updated!).

I have tried -repair but did nothing. Is there anyway to resolve it, or do I have to reinstall GW? Batchie 22:34, 2 February 2010 (UTC)

Warrior stonefist insignia stackable?

does the effect of the warrior stonefist isingnia stack up to +3 seconds? or would 3 stone fist insignias just give you + 1 second of knockdown. --66.57.78.143 02:16, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

Because Stonefist cannot increase knockdown duration beyond 3 seconds. It has no effect on Backbreaker for instance. Vili 点 02:22, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

table of creatures vs elemental dmg

hello there, i have a question cuz i didnt see a table of creatures vs elemental dmg. What im trying to say is, for example:

skeletons ---- 100% holy dmg / 80% fire / 20% earth dmg ettins ---- 100% ice dmg/ and so on ...

The closest thing for that, that I know of would be the armor rating project. It's incomplete, but it is being slowly filled in. If you find it useful, maybe you can add to it too. ~Celestia 13:36, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

If you go to Cold damage, for example, there are lists of monsters that are known to be weak (or strong) against that particular damage type. At the bottom of each of those pages is a navbox that goes to the other damage types, as well. -- FreedomBound 15:10, 4 February 2010 (UTC)

trial by fire

It looks like you are on the right path, but have you gone to see Castellan_Puuba ? I did the quests through him more so than Jerek as he only appears during some quests, as well as giving a few, but I got mine through Puuba and did the quests needed to get to Factions on my Paragon. Nightfall

Hi my Nightfalls Character during the course of the campaign has lost a mission or has a bug, and therefore I cannot do the cooperative mission 'Consulate Docks' and proceed through the campaign. Im not sure if I haven't done something or if it's a bug. My character has level 20 and the rank of Sun spear commander, I also cannot accumulate any more Sun spear points so I'm lost on how to proceed. Help would be appreciated.

You should probably take a look at List of Nightfall missions and primary quests, see where you left off and continue with the next quest. –alistic 21:37, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

One Hero

hello, i just unlocked the hero Pyre fire-shot from the priest of balthazar and he is not showing up in either the add hero option or the hero search panel i don't know why that is i unlocked him and i have EON so it should be there. If you're on a PvE character, you need to actually gain the hero through the storyline (in this case, through Warband of Brothers). is for Raine, etc. 20:02, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

Since heroes are no longer allowed in pvp, I would guess you are on a pve character and need to follow the quest line that Raine pointed to. -- Wyn talk 20:34, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

Elite Skills Not found

I purchased 2 elite skills from the preist of balthazar and when i go to use those skills its not in my inventory, but if i go back to the priest it shows that the skills are unlocked, any suggestions? --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 76.88.220.155 (talk).

This is the way skills work. You do not "buy" skills at a priest of Balthazar, you "unlock" them. Unlocked skills are available directly for all PvP-only characters and all heroes. For a PvE character to get a skill, it must either buy it from a skill trainer for skill points and money (only non-elite skills), purchase it from a hero skill trainer for hero skill points (only non-elite skills), read a skill tome (only for already unlocked skills), or capture it from a boss using a signet of capture (of your primary or secondary profession).--Lensor (talk) 09:03, 10 February 2010 (UTC)

If Jamei doesn't give you Journey to House zu Heltzer, then you need to complete the Sunjiang District mission. Check out Factions storyline chainfor the quests and missions you need to get to HzH.~Celestia 00:58, 12 February 2010 (UTC)

Getting code 007

From Error code: These error codes indicates a connection error. This means the connection between your PC and the server was interrupted, or never established. The problem may be on your system (firewall, router, modem, etc.), with your ISP or a connection problem at the server. For canthan new year the hats are the same from last time and you don't need to get materials if you just want the hat. Also if you are in a sponsored district, then you don't need materials. --Lania Elderfire 22:34, 13 February 2010 (UTC)

No, if you didn't add your new key to your original account you can't add them together. Had you added the new key to the old account it would have only added Factions and EotN since you already had Prophecies and Nightfall. -- Wyn talk 11:45, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

If your account is new, you can try contacting support and asking for a merge. Say you created the new account by accident. They may ask for proof of ownership, such as scans of access keys. They can also say, that they won't merge the accounts... — Poki#3 (talk) 16:02, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
