Event Summary[edit]
Honoring the Hunter’s Moon is a community hosted in-game version of the pagan celebration which honors the Hunter’s Moon. Although this is an ancient celebration, there still are certain groups of wiccans that still celebrate this feast. In ancient times the hunter’s moon was the signal to hunters to start gathering dried meat for the winter, as it was soon to come and their families would starve if they wouldn’t start collecting from that moment on. The druids however gave a whole new meaning to this and they worshipped the moon like a god, well more like a goddess. Yet this has wonderful meanings and such, we really mostly want to just have a fun party and have tons of fun with people from all over the world, so let’s have fun in the name of the Hunter’s Moon!
