- "Are you prepared for the coming of the Mad King? The manes of the half-man, half-horse creatures of this land are great prizes!. When the Mad King arrives in Lions Arch, I will present him with a great number of these manes as a symbol of my loyalty and subservience. Bring me 2 Maguuma Manes and I will give you this in return:"
