Locations[edit]
Skills[edit]
Dialogue[edit]
- In Divine Path
- "It is an honor to meet you."
- In Pongmei Valley and Echovald Forest and Jade Sea explorable areas (at shrines)
If any party member has more unspent Kurzick faction points than Luxon faction points or has bribed the Kurzick Priest at that Resurrection Shrine:
- "We take our orders from the priest."
- "We're here to protect the shrine."
If every party member has more unspent Luxon faction points than Kurzick faction points and the Kurzick Priest at that Resurrection Shrine has not been bribed:
- "Don't make me kill you."
- "Watch it!"
- In Echovald Forest and Jade Sea outposts
Appears in your chat window (in the team channel) if your character is in an outpost (listed above) that is under Kurzick control when the Kurzick-Luxon border updates; also appears in outposts that cannot be under Luxon control, e.g. House zu Heltzer:
- "<Outpost name> is now under Kurzick control."
Quotes[edit]
Battle quotes[edit]
When talked to as allies:
- "Bring your woes some other time, friend."
- "Duty calls."
- "Fight now. Talk later."
- "Fight, damn it!"
- "Help. A little help here."
- "If you haven't noticed, I'm busy at the moment."
- "Let's give 'em a whooping!"
- "Not now!"
- "Now is not the time for idle chatter."
- "Spill the blood of our foes!"
- "Stop wagging your tongue and start whooping some butt!"
- "Tell me later. For now I have enemies to slaughter."
- "The time for jabbering over a pint will come later."
- "To arms! To arms!"
- "We will reminisce after this battle is won."
- "Your words fall on deaf ears. For now I fight."
Notes[edit]
- If Luxons control an outpost listed above, five Kurzick Guards will be killed by the Luxon Guards when an instance of the outpost is created, leaving their corpses outside the outpost's portal.
- Like Kurzick Priests, the Kurzick Guards at a Resurrection Shrine determine their attitude towards the party the first time a player enters compass range, and will not change it even if the party's unspent faction totals change.
- Only guards that are friendly to the party when first approached will attack foes that enter their aggro range.
- It is possible for the guard's attitude to differ from those of the other shrine NPCs. If a guard's attitude is friendly, and the priest is challenged to a fight for the portal, the guard will not turn hostile, will fight the other shrine NPCs, and will not prevent the shrine from being activated.
