One-Eyed Rugger is one of three drunken corsairs in the Blacktide Den mission. He is standing next to Ironhook Hube and Congu the Red.

(Before drinking a few times)
- "I nipped me this fine bottle of Istani whiskey off a ship docked at port. Have a swig...it'll put hair on yer chest! Hahahaha!"
(After drinking a few times)
- "By the thirst of the gods... ya swallowed me last drop! What's this one-eyed rogue to do for refreshment now? Take a dip in the chum bucket?"
Notes[edit]
- Talking to him will cause your screen to zoom in and out as if you were drunk for the duration of the mission; however, it does not contribute to the Drunkard title. This can be removed by disabling the "Enable post-process effects" in the options panel.
