The Prismatic Focus is a unique focus item obtained from the Prismatic Chest, which spawns after defeating the three Prismatic Oozes in the Ooze Pit.

- Energy +12 (Requires 9 Energy Storage)
- Halves skill recharge of Energy Storage spells (Chance: 20%)
- Health +30

This item uses the same skin as the Iridescent Prism.
