Notes[edit]
- This skill creates a Spirit of Quickening Zephyr.
- The cost increase occurs at the beginning of the activation of a skill, while the recharge reduction occurs at the end.
- Recharge times are rounded half to even.
- The reduced recharge stacks multiplicatively with Fast Casting in PvE, for up to 74% recharge time reduction for Mesmer spells.
- Quickening Zephyr can reduce its own recharge time from rank 11 onwards, but it has to be under its own effect first.
- Having another party member carry the skill or using Echo works.
- Primary ranger can also achieve this on their own with a combination of 16 Wilderness Survival and Serpent's Quickness.
- Non-primary rangers (Ritualists for instance) can also use Serpent's Quickness with consumables or Heroic Refrain to reach rank 16.
- The energy skill cost is rounded half to even. The following table shows the energy skill cost increases in the presence of a Quickening Zephyr:
