- This boss can appear in any of the four possible spawn locations. It shares these locations with Nayl Klaw Tuthan and Rull Browbeater.
- Unlike other Hydras, this foe is susceptible to being knocked down.

- "Rwek Khawl Mawl" seems to be either a phonetic play on words that stands for "wreck, kill, maul" or "Wreck em All".
