• Five Sapphires may randomly be awarded by opening a Coffer of Whispers.
• Possible drop from Treasures in Nightfall.
• Possible drop from Hidden Treasures revealed with Light of Deldrimor.
• Possible drop from the Chest of Woe and Underworld Chest.
• Expert salvaged from:
  • Armor crafted with Sapphires.
