An Underworld Chest will spawn in the Underworld in the Hall of Judgment after completing all 10 quests there and defeating Dhuum. Each player in the party may open the chest and will receive items from the following list.

These items are always awarded:

• Diamond
• Ghastly Summoning Stone (two in hard mode)¹
• Glob of Ectoplasm
• Lockpick (hard mode only)
• Passage Scroll to the Underworld (hard mode only)
• Phantom Key

Plus one (two in hard mode) of the following:

• A random inscribable rare item.
• A Diamond, Glob of Ectoplasm, Ruby or Sapphire
• Passage Scroll to the Underworld
• Dhuum's Soul Reaper¹
• Miniature Dhuum¹
• Miniature Smite Crawler¹

¹ These items are unique to this chest.

Notes

• The Miniature Dhuum, Miniature Smite Crawler, Ghastly Summoning Stone, and Dhuum's Soul Reaper were added as part of the November 19th, 2009 update.
• Before this update, the chest spawned near the Reaper of the Labyrinth.
