Am I right to assume this? Weaken all foes within earshot for X seconds? Kinda of a weaker but more global form of "You're All Alone!" - User:SabreWolf - Clan Heavy Metal

Wait, do you mean to say that you would want that version or that is what it does now? Because it does exactly what it says, and to a couple of bunched up foes in earshot, not all. Does Not Cause Agro

The skill description says 8 - 12 seconds. But the progression bar shows from 5 - 12 seconds.
