Where is this guy? I can't find him, have looked multiple times... I definitely completed the Prisoners of War quest...

Yeah, I haven't been able to find him either x.x

Command Post, look around, I've seen him before. Also, is his dialog a typo on the wiki, or is it really "Thanks you" ingame as well? Pariah
