the update that made this mat a req for juggernaught summoning stones. funny thing is it only costs 2amber i think per each. also now trading for faction it costs 5x more so less are presumably sold to mat trader--Justice 19:00, 21 November 2008 (UTC)

So the faction gain rate has increased at a similar ratio to keep these the same price at the mats trader? Still find it odd the base price hasn't changed for both Jade and Amber. Aro 19:24, 4 January 2009 (UTC)

It has, actually. The price for Amber and Jade have gone up by about 50 - 75% since the update. - 210.18.195.129 04:31, 11 February 2009 (UTC)

Title Gain

At 5k each we should get more towards the title. Skills give double like raising alliance faction why not amber? DrogoBoffin 09:39, 24 July 2009 (UTC)

I think you shouldn't gain extra faction towards your title for personal gains (amber), only guild gains (faction donation to guild) glasnt^<3 09:13, 4 November 2009 (UTC)

hate the update

little late for complaints lol but i hate how much amber costs now...just started wanting leet kurz armor...amber today is 600g ea so 80 of them would cost 48k...plus the 75k...and the steel and tanned hide(not uber bad on those 2 but still) looking at like 130k armor b4 runes and dye -_-....i hate anet's updates right now lol

Best way to get 'em without payin money?

Need 80 for some elite armor...atm it would be 52k for 80. SO, any good way to get 'em quickly without paying that much? Getting 'em with faction isn't that great either with 5k per chunk... personn5 18:29, 30 August 2009 (UTC)
